Handmade with love:

All pieces are handmade with love and care, please be mindful that handmade items always vary slightly. 

Measurements are made to the nearest quarter of an inch. 

When will I receive my order:

I will be shipping as soon as I get your order, and a confirmation number will be emailed to you as soon as it is shipped. Due to Covid-19 items may take 1-2 weeks to arrive, hopefully it will be shorter. 

Insurance:

Insuring items is the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase, please email me at [email protected] immediately after your purchase. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your package. Refunds will only be honored within this time frame. I do not offer exchanges as many items will not be reproduced.All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Theft:

If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the USPS, it is very unlikely that they will fulfill any claim that is filed for missing goods. As a small business, with rarely any stock on hand, I can't be held responsible for stolen packages. Please keep an eye out for your pieces. 

Damage:

If you receive a damaged item please notify me within 72 hours of receiving the item. Photograph the package and the broken items and send photos to [email protected]. We will issue a full refund of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
